Last Updated: 25 September 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules that apply when using TextPixora, operated by COMPUTER ABC SYSTEMS CENTRE LTD through textpixora.com.

TextPixora provides AI-powered image-generation tools that allow users to create visual content from written prompts. Users must use these services responsibly, lawfully, and in a manner that does not harm other people, third parties, or the TextPixora platform.

This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and should also be read together with our Privacy Policy, Data Usage Policy, and AI & Technology Disclaimer.

1. Purpose of This Policy

The purpose of this Acceptable Use Policy is to establish clear rules for the responsible use of TextPixora.

These rules are intended to help:

  • protect users;
  • protect third-party rights;
  • prevent fraud and unlawful activity;
  • reduce misuse of AI-generated content;
  • protect platform security;
  • maintain reliable service; and
  • support responsible use of generative AI technology.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of TextPixora complies with this policy and applicable law.

2. General Use Requirements

When using TextPixora, users must:

  • provide lawful prompts and instructions;
  • respect the rights of other people;
  • use generated content responsibly;
  • protect account credentials;
  • comply with applicable laws and regulations;
  • avoid interfering with platform security;

  • comply with TextPixora's Terms and other applicable policies.

Users must not attempt to use TextPixora in a way that creates unreasonable risk to other users, third parties, or the platform.

3. Unlawful Content and Activities

TextPixora must not be used to create, request, distribute, promote, or facilitate content or activity that is unlawful.

This includes content intended to:

  • facilitate criminal conduct;
  • support fraud or deception;
  • encourage unlawful violence;
  • facilitate exploitation or abuse;
  • assist unlawful harassment;
  • support illegal transactions;
  • violate applicable court orders; or
  • otherwise breach applicable law.

The fact that content is generated using artificial intelligence does not remove the user's responsibility for how that content is requested or used.

4. Fraud, Deception and Misrepresentation

Users must not use TextPixora to knowingly create content intended to deceive others for fraudulent or harmful purposes.

Prohibited uses may include:

  • fraudulent advertisements;
  • fake identity documents;
  • deceptive business materials;
  • fraudulent payment evidence;
  • fabricated receipts intended for fraud;
  • deceptive certificates;
  • impersonation used to obtain money or information;
  • fraudulent product representations; or
  • content intended to facilitate scams.

AI-generated images must not be presented as authentic evidence where doing so would materially mislead another person.

5. Impersonation and Misleading Content

Users must not use TextPixora to falsely impersonate another individual, organisation, or business in a manner that is deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful.

This includes creating content intended to falsely suggest:

  • endorsement;
  • sponsorship;
  • participation;
  • approval;
  • affiliation; or
  • statements

by a person or organisation where no such relationship exists.

Where AI-generated representations of real people are used, users remain responsible for complying with applicable privacy, publicity, defamation, and other legal requirements.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Users must respect copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and other intellectual-property rights.

TextPixora must not knowingly be used to:

  • reproduce protected content unlawfully;
  • create counterfeit branding;
  • imitate protected logos for deceptive commercial use;
  • infringe copyrighted characters or designs;
  • misuse trademarks;
  • falsely represent branded products; or
  • create content intended to violate another party's intellectual-property rights.

Generating an image through TextPixora does not automatically give the user permission to use third-party intellectual property appearing in that image.

Users are responsible for obtaining any permissions or licences required for their intended use.

7. Privacy and Personal Data

Users should respect the privacy of other individuals when using TextPixora.

Users must not knowingly submit or use personal information in a manner that violates applicable privacy or data-protection requirements.

Users should not include unnecessary sensitive information in prompts, including:

  • passwords;
  • banking credentials;
  • payment-card details;
  • government identification numbers;
  • private medical information;
  • confidential employment information; or
  • other highly sensitive personal data.

Users must also avoid generating content intended to expose, harass, threaten, or unlawfully identify another person.

8. Harmful or Abusive Content

TextPixora must not be used to create content intended to facilitate serious harm, abuse, harassment, or intimidation.

This may include content created primarily to:

  • threaten an identifiable person;
  • encourage targeted harassment;
  • humiliate or exploit another individual;
  • facilitate stalking;
  • promote serious violence;
  • intimidate victims; or
  • assist abusive conduct.

Context may be considered when determining whether content violates this policy.

9. Sexual Exploitation and Child Safety

TextPixora must never be used to create, request, distribute, or facilitate sexual content involving minors.

This includes:

  • real children;
  • fictional minors;
  • AI-generated representations of minors;
  • manipulated images involving minors; or
  • content that sexualises individuals who appear to be minors.

Any content involving child sexual exploitation or abuse may result in immediate account restriction or termination and may be reported where legally required.

Users must not attempt to bypass safeguards relating to child safety.

10. Non-Consensual Explicit Content

Users must not use TextPixora to generate or distribute explicit or sexualised images of identifiable individuals without appropriate consent.

This includes manipulated or AI-generated content designed to falsely depict a real person in an intimate or sexually explicit context.

Users are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent before using another person's likeness in sensitive or intimate material.

11. Hate and Targeted Abuse

TextPixora must not be used to create material intended to incite violence, serious hostility, or unlawful discrimination against protected individuals or groups.

Users should not use the platform to produce imagery intended primarily to:

  • encourage targeted violence;
  • glorify attacks against protected groups;
  • promote serious dehumanising abuse; or
  • facilitate unlawful discriminatory conduct.

Creative, educational, historical, documentary, or critical contexts may be treated differently depending on the circumstances.

12. Dangerous and Illegal Activities

Users must not use TextPixora to create visual materials specifically intended to meaningfully assist unlawful or dangerous activity.

Examples may include content intended to facilitate:

  • serious criminal activity;
  • deliberate property destruction;
  • illegal weapons activity;
  • harmful sabotage;
  • fraud;
  • evasion of security controls; or
  • other dangerous unlawful conduct.

TextPixora may restrict requests where there is a reasonable security or legal concern.

13. Political and Public-Figure Content

Where users create content involving politicians, public figures, elections, or public events, they remain responsible for ensuring that such content is not used unlawfully or deceptively.

Users should exercise particular care with realistic AI-generated images that could falsely suggest that:

  • a real event occurred;
  • a public figure performed an action;
  • a person made a statement;
  • an individual endorsed a product; or
  • authentic photographic evidence exists.

Where appropriate, users should clearly identify materially altered or AI-generated content to avoid misleading audiences.

14. Commercial Advertising

Users may use TextPixora for commercial creative work where permitted by applicable law and our Terms.

However, users must not use AI-generated images to:

  • make false product claims;
  • create intentionally misleading before-and-after images;
  • fabricate endorsements;
  • misrepresent product characteristics;
  • falsely suggest certifications;
  • impersonate competitors; or
  • materially deceive consumers.

Users remain responsible for complying with applicable advertising and consumer-protection requirements.

15. Account and Payment Abuse

Users must not misuse TextPixora's account, credit, subscription, or payment systems.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • using stolen payment information;
  • manipulating credit balances;
  • exploiting technical errors to obtain free services;
  • creating accounts to bypass restrictions;
  • abusing promotional credits;
  • knowingly initiating fraudulent chargebacks;
  • evading subscription restrictions; or
  • interfering with payment verification systems.

TextPixora may investigate suspicious accounts or payment activity.

16. Platform and Security Abuse

Users must not attempt to interfere with TextPixora's systems or security.

Prohibited activities include:

  • attempting unauthorised system access;
  • bypassing authentication controls;
  • probing for vulnerabilities without permission;
  • distributing malware;
  • conducting denial-of-service attacks;
  • interfering with servers or databases;
  • bypassing security restrictions;
  • attempting to access another user's account; or
  • exploiting platform vulnerabilities.

Suspected security vulnerabilities should be reported responsibly rather than exploited.

17. Automated Access and Scraping

Users must not use automated systems in a manner that places unreasonable demand on TextPixora or bypasses normal service restrictions.

Without appropriate permission, users should not:

  • scrape substantial parts of the website;
  • automatically create large numbers of accounts;
  • use bots to evade generation limits;
  • automate fraudulent activity;
  • bypass rate limits;
  • extract protected platform data; or
  • interfere with normal service availability.

Authorised API or automation functionality, if offered, may be subject to separate terms.

18. Circumventing Safety Measures

Users must not attempt to bypass or disable safeguards implemented by TextPixora.

This includes attempts to:

  • manipulate prompt filters;
  • evade moderation controls;
  • disguise prohibited requests;
  • bypass account restrictions;
  • defeat usage limits; or
  • circumvent security protections.

Repeated attempts to bypass safeguards may result in account restrictions.

19. User Responsibility for Generated Content

Users remain responsible for their use of generated images after creation.

Before publishing or distributing an image, users should consider whether it:

  • infringes another person's rights;
  • contains misleading information;
  • requires disclosure that AI was used;
  • violates advertising requirements;
  • contains sensitive information;
  • could reasonably harm another person; or
  • requires permission for commercial use.

TextPixora does not approve every possible downstream use merely because an image was successfully generated.

20. Reporting Misuse

If you believe TextPixora is being used in violation of this policy, you may contact:

[email protected]

Reports should include enough information for us to understand and investigate the concern.

Where possible, this may include:

  • relevant account information;
  • a description of the issue;
  • the affected content;
  • the approximate date of the activity; and
  • supporting information.

Do not send passwords or confidential payment credentials.

21. Investigation of Violations

Where we reasonably suspect misuse, TextPixora may review relevant account, technical, transaction, or service information to investigate the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • issue a warning;
  • restrict particular features;
  • temporarily suspend access;
  • remove affected content;
  • cancel access to certain services;
  • permanently terminate an account; or
  • take other proportionate action.

Serious cases may result in immediate restriction without prior warning where necessary to protect users, third parties, or the platform.

22. Legal and Regulatory Requests

TextPixora may preserve or disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, lawful court orders, valid regulatory requests, or other legally binding obligations.

We may also take reasonable action where necessary to:

  • protect users;
  • investigate fraud;
  • respond to rights complaints;
  • defend legal claims; or
  • protect platform security.

Any handling of personal information in these circumstances remains subject to applicable privacy requirements.

23. Suspension and Termination

Access to TextPixora may be suspended or terminated for serious or repeated violations of this policy.

Factors we may consider include:

  • severity of the conduct;
  • risk of harm;
  • repeated violations;
  • fraudulent activity;
  • attempts to bypass previous restrictions;
  • security risks; and
  • applicable legal obligations.

Account enforcement does not remove any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

24. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as TextPixora's technology, safety practices, service functionality, or legal obligations develop.

Changes may be made to address:

  • new AI capabilities;
  • emerging misuse patterns;
  • new security threats;
  • regulatory developments;
  • new platform features; or
  • operational requirements.

The latest version will be made available through textpixora.com.
